Okul Yöneticilerinin Teknolojik Liderlik Davranışlarına Yönelik Sistematik Bir İnceleme

Abstract

Okul yöneticileri, toplumsal öneme sahip olan önceden belirlenmiş hedeflere ve amaçlara ulaşabilmeleri için okulların gereksinim duyduğu eğitim ortamlarını tasarlama sorumluluğuna sahiptir. Çağdaş dönemin sunmuş olduğu dönüştürme potansiyelini kullanarak teknolojik gelişmeleri eğitim tekliflerine entegre etmek, bu alandaki uzmanlığa sahip olmayı ve belirli yetkinlikleri karşılamayı gerektirir. Okul müdürlerinin, eğitim ortamlarında teknolojinin uygulanmasından kaynaklanabilecek potansiyel sorunlardan ve bu tür sorunların sonucunda ortaya çıkabilecek hukuki yükümlülüklerden haberdar olmaları gerekmektedir. Ayrıca, teknolojik materyallerin akademik çabalarındaki avantajlarını ve teknoloji eğitimi alanındaki önemli rolünü kavramak zorunludur. Okul müdürlerinin uygun teknolojileri tanımlama ve bu teknolojileri en iyi şekilde kullanma konusundaki yeterlilikleri, başarılarının kritik bir belirleyicisidir. Bu, sırayla okulun etkinliğini önemli ölçüde artırabilir. Öğretmenler tarafından eğitimde bilgi teknolojilerinin entegrasyonu için okul yöneticilerinin, öğretmenlerin profesyonel gelişimleri için destek sağlamaları ve uygulama sürecini yönlendirebilmek için gerekli yetkinliklere sahip olmaları gerekmektedir. Okul yöneticileri arasında teknoloji liderliğinde yetersiz bilgi ve beceri, bu alandaki rollerini etkili bir şekilde yerine getirmelerini engelleyebilir. Bu çalışma, ilgili literatür çerçevesinde okul müdürlerinin teknolojik liderlik yetkinliklerini incelemeyi amaçlamıştır.

Abstract

The responsibility of designing the educational environments required for schools to achieve their predetermined goals and objectives, which are of significant social importance, falls under the purview of school principals. Leveraging the potential for transformation presented by contemporary times and incorporating advancements in technology into educational offerings necessitates possessing expertise in this domain and meeting certain credentials. School principals have the responsibility to be aware of potential issues that may arise from the implementation of technology in educational settings, as well as the legal obligations that may ensue as a result of such issues. Furthermore, it is imperative to comprehend the advantages of technological materials in scholastic pursuits and their significant role in the realm of technology education. The proficiency of school principals in identifying appropriate technologies and utilizing them optimally is a crucial determinant of their success. This, in turn, can significantly enhance the efficacy of the school. For the integration of information technologies in education by teachers, it is imperative that school administrators provide support for the professional growth of teachers and possess the necessary competencies to lead the implementation process. Insufficient knowledge and skills in technology leadership among school administrators can impede their ability to effectively fulfill their role in this area. This study aimed to investigate the technological leadership competencies of school principals within the framework of the pertinent literature.
