Studies in Educational Research and Development

Studies in Educational Research and Development (SERD) is a biannual peer-reviewed journal which aims to publish original, high quality papers on a variety of topics in education. Not only primary studies including empirical research or theoretical papers but also different kinds of research synthesis addressing common issues on educational theory and practice are very welcome to be published in the journal after a double-blind peer review process. The scope of the journal is strictly limited to the studies in education. Any manuscripts concerning one of the core science areas will not be sent for the review process. Any authors having questions related to the scope of the journal are kindly encouraged to contact with the editors. Scholarly manuscripts can be submitted in either English or Turkish. The journal welcomes the articles in either of these languages. A special attention will be paid to the concerns on ethics in SERD. All of the manuscripts submitted to the journal will be initially checked in terms of originality before they are accepted for the review process. SERD does not charge manuscripts at submission or during review process or after acceptance.
